I am a long time Rider and member of The Canadian Cowgirls. I am a three-time great grandma who still loves to get in the saddle. I ride with my young horse Rip.
He is a character and enjoys performing in front of the crowd.
We enjoy traveling with our cowgirl family. Oh, the stories we could tell.
Hello, my name is Jamie Lynn and I have been riding with the Canadian Cowgirls since 2021.
My horse, Bugsy, is a Standardbred that I adopted in 2020. Bugsy has a heart of gold, he is eager to please and LOVES to perform. Being a retired racehorse, he loves to run! We have an amazing trust between us, this is proven every time we hippodrome together. The trust between a rider and their horse - I couldn’t ask for a better partner!
We travel all over performing with the Canadian Cowgirl team from rodeos, to World Horse Expos, and so much more! I am proud to be part of such an elite team of riders. I look forward to more great adventures with the team.
Emma Benoit
My name is Emma Benoit and I have been performing with the team since 2015 with my horse Odie. Odie is a Belgian Arabian cross born in 2005.
Odie has been by my side since 2012. Besides riding drill we do cattle sorting and love to go camping. I do have another horse on the team that I lease out, his name is Jäger and he is a Paint Percheron cross.
My favourite place we have been with the team was the Calgary Stampede, it was such a cool experience being able to do it with my own horse.
My name is Nieve Morton! I have been riding with the Canadian Cowgirls drill team since 2019. My partner is a buckskin Percheron Paint cross named Jäger. What we like best about being on the team is the opportunity to ride in so many different places in front of all different crowds! I love being able to make so many new memories with my horse. We look forward to all the new trips and experiences we will take part in with the team.
Hi! My name is Kylee Nevills, and I have been on the Canadian Cowgirls Precision Drill Team since 2016. My equine teammate is named Apache, and I have owned him since 2015. Apache is a solid paint who was born in 2011. In my time on the team thus far, I have travelled to some pretty cool places! These places include the Calgary Stampede in 2017, The Royal Winter Fair, many Equine Exhibitions in Ohio, Massachusetts, North Dakota, and I also spent a month in Texas for the State Fair in 2023. During our time on the team Apache and I have learned the sport of trick riding. We have trick rode at many rodeos and expo’s across Ontario, as well as state side. I would say that trick riding would be one of Apache’s favourite things (mine too), but he really just loves to do anything that involves speed. Aside from Cowgirls, Apache and I also enjoy cattle sorting and a bit of roping. We look forward to many more adventures ahead with the team!
Hi! My name is Emma Crew and I am proud to be a Canadian Cowgirl!
I started riding with the team in 2019, after being inspired by the patriotism and dazzling performances this elite team puts on.
I have since been able to travel all across North America with my equine partner, Diesel! Diesel is a dapple grey quarter horse gelding with more go than woah.
Together we make a great pair, and have enjoyed every second of travelling with our friends and teammates to rodeos and other events. We look forward to another fabulous season, see you in the arena!
Hi, I’m Emma Nevills, and I’m thrilled to be part of the Canadian Cowgirls team!
My horse, Dakota, is a Registered Solid Paint mare who’s as sweet and loving as they come. Don’t let her size fool you … she is small but certainly mighty. She absolutely loves doing drill, just as much as I do!
I was inspired to join the team by my sister, and I’ve been hooked ever since. My first event was in 2017 after I participated in drill camp, and from that moment, I’ve been passionate about it ever since. Together, Dakota and I continue to create unforgettable memories and chase our dreams in the arena all across North America!
Bio coming soon!
My name is Emmi Matsusaki. I have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. In addition to my professional background, I have the privilege of working at TJ Stables, the home farm of the Canadian Cowgirls, where I board my talented Appendix Quarter Horse gelding, Dutton. Dutton has proven to be a versatile and skilled horse, and together we continue to form a deep bond.
My passion for horseback riding began at the age of five, and it continues to be a driving force in my life. Beyond simply riding, I’ve always been drawn to the camaraderie and discipline of team sports. I was actively involved in team sports throughout my high school years, including soccer, field hockey, and alpine downhill racing. This passion led me to join the Canadian Cowgirls Precision Drill Team, where I’m thrilled to be part of a dynamic group of accomplished riders and incredible horses. For me, the experience of working alongside like-minded, driven individuals is unparalleled, and the opportunity to collaborate with such a remarkable team of cowgirls and horses is one I deeply cherish.
I’m excited for the upcoming season and look forward to the opportunity to further hone my skills while building lasting memories with both my teammates and our amazing horses.
Hi everyone! My name is Madison, and my horse Baron and I are proud members of the Canadian Cowgirls. I’ve been riding since before I could walk, and nothing makes me happier than being in the saddle. Baron, my buckskin Quarter Horse, has been by my side since he was just a foal, and together, we’ve shared many incredible experiences with West Meadow Stables. Our greatest achievement so far, has been representing Canada at BreyerFest in Kentucky—an unforgettable moment in our journey. It is an incredible honor to ride with such an elite team, inspiring audiences and celebrating the spirit of the equestrian community. Baron and I look forward to meeting you at future events, proudly carrying our flag and sharing our passion for horses with the world!
My name is Leah Revell and I have been riding with the Canadian Cowgirls since 2018, my partner in crime is Halo the Quarter horse.
Our favourite thing about being on the team is traveling all across Ontario on the weekends with the Ram Rodeo Tour. The furthest Halo and I have ever been is North Dakota for a horse expo in 2022.
We look forward making trips like this in the future and marking off more amazing provinces and states on our travel checklist!
Howdy! I’m Olivia Crow, I have been riding since I was 9 years old. My 4 legged partner is Buddy, and we have worked side by side for the past 5 years. We have learned to do drills together and we are having the time of our lives being part of the Canadian Cowgirls!
Howdy everyone! My name is Zöe.
I am a first generation horsewoman in my family with an amazing support system.
I have worked my butt off to get to where I am now, and it is a true honour to be a part of this award-winning drill team, the Canadian Cowgirls.
I could not have done this without my coaches, peers and family support. The biggest honour, however, is being able to spend my days travelling with the best 4-legged partner in the world. Valley was born in 2016 and is an Arabian paint cross gelding. He loves to put on a show with his goofy personality, striking markings and often times, identifies as a galloping gazelle.
Valley and I cannot wait to meet you in the 2025 season.
If you see us be sure to say hi! Valley won’t complain about the extra attention.
Hi there! My name is Ava and this is my partner Two-Bits.
Two-Bits is a lovely American Paint mare.
We are both proud and honored to say that we are members of the Canadian
Cowgirls!
I have been riding since I was 4 years old, and my favorite place to be is in the
saddle or beside any of my 4 legged friends!
My first rodeo with the Cowgirls was the International Plowing Match, and after
that week I knew I was in the right place!
This amazing team of cowgirls will blow you away!

Hello! Im Emma Paige Crow and I’ve been riding since I was 10 years old.
My passion is riding drill with my horse and the Canadian Cowgirls.
Recently, I had to retire my old faithful horse Glory, and now my horse Stetson has risen to the occasion and become my drill partner. I’m truly glad to ride with pride!
The ground crew are the angels of our team. They support the team with preparations, travel, performances, and just about anything else we need. We are forever grateful for everything they do for us.
